Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent herein to take necessary action to transfer the petitioner to Mappalaivoorani Panchayat from Servaikaran Madam on the basis of the petitioner representation dated 22.02.2017 and also on the basis of recommendation sent by the second respondent dated Nil.03.2017 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. By consent of both parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner seeks transfer to Mappalaivoorani Panchayat from Servaikaran Madam. She has given representation dated 22.02.2017.

4. When the matter was taken up for disposal, the learned Government Advocate produced a copy of the proceedings dated 09.02.2018, rejecting the petitioner's request. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 09.02.2018. With these observations, this Writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
