Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.M.VISHNUVARTHANAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.P.KANDASAMY, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitions are filed for relaxation of condition.
2. Heard both sides.
3.The petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.15916 and 15917 were granted bail by this Court on 31.08.2016 imposing condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders and the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15918 of 2016 was granted bail imposing condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 5.00 p.m until further orders. Thereafter, the condition was modified to the effect the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on all Saturdays and Sundays at 10.30 am until further orders.

onwards and investigation is over and charge sheet is yet to be filed.
5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) fairly conceded that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 29.10.2016 onwards.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and the reasons assigned for relaxing the condition, condition is relaxed. Accordingly, the petitions are ordered and The petitioners shall appear before the concerned court on receipt of summons.
