ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor sought leave of this Court to extend the time for a further period of two months to complete the investigation and to file a final report as per the directions of this court by its order dated 30.10.2025 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15918 of 2025.
2. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, a further period of two months is granted to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Crime No.3 of 2024 on the file of the petitioner herein.
3. Post after eight weeks. It is made clear that no further adjournments will be permitted.
