O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking for police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members, by considering his representation dated 20.11.2014. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner shall approach the second respondent police with necessary documents and the second respondent police will give protection only to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.

4.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The second respondent shall take action on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunities to the respondent Nos.3 to 5 and also directed to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.
