This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct fair and impartial investigation and to file charge sheet in Crime No.30 of 2011 on the file of the 2nd respondent within a time limit stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
3. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that investigation in Crime No.30/2011 has been completed and final report has been filed on 22.07.2013 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Special Court for Land Grabbing Case, Ramanathapuram. But the same has not been taken on file, in view of the orders of the Supreme Court challenging the Government Order constituting the Special Court, which is pending. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
