ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused No.2, to quash the F.I.R. in Crime No.91 of 2012, pending on the file of the first respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on file in C.C.No.23 of 2017, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
