2. A report dated 21.08.2017 from District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur reveals the fact that the petitioner has complied with the conditions from 18.07.2017 to 16.08.2017. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation is pending.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of charges, the earlier condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required only on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
