O R D E R
This petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent Police concerned to investigate the case in Crime No.45 of 2014 and file final report thereon within the time to be stipulated by this Court.
2. Heard both sides.
3.Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation is almost over and the final report will be filed at the earliest.
4.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
