2.Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3, on instructions, submits that the 4th respondent issued work order to the contractor and therefore, the claim made by the petitioner would be carried out by the contractor and the same would be completed at an earliest. 3.Recording the aforesaid statement made by the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
