PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi to expedite the trial in C.C.No.197 of 2019, within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Paramakudi to expedite the trial in C.C.No.197 of 2019, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.197 of 2019 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
