RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 20.04.2017 made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4714 of 2017 on the file of this Honourable High Court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional public prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner is present. 2.The petitioners was directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders as per order dated 20.04.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4714 of 2017.

3.The petitioner was filed Crl.M.P.(MD)No.4686 of 2017 for relaxation of conditions and it was reported by the respondent police that the petitioner was not comply with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence, this Court passed an order dated 09.06.2017 in that application, directed the petitioner to comply with the earlier condition as imposed by this Court until further orders and directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the Legal Aid Services Committee attached to this Bench. The present application is the second application seeking relaxation of conditions.

4.The Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has appeared before the respondent police only on 23.07.2017. He is not chosen to comply with the conditions subsequently as directed the petitioner herein. Subsequent opportunity was given to the petitioner herein. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the cases and also considering the fact of the petitioner for disobeying the order of this Court dated 09.06.2017, this Court is not inclined to relax the conditions as prayed for.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
