ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute relating to the petitioner's lawful right to collect rent from the house properties situated at S.F.No.252, Plot Nos. 381 and 382, Keelakarai Village, Ramanathapuram District, considering the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2026 submitted to the first respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the present case is a civil dispute and that they will not interfere. He further submitted that they have also advised the rival party to approach the competent Civil Court. The said statement is recorded.
