This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to to direct the 2nd respondent/police to give police protection to the petitioner to irrigate the land of the petitioner bearing Survey No.26/3F and 26/3A of Pappanodai Village, Madurai South Taluk, Madurai District using electric pump set connected to well in Survey No. 26/3D to enjoy as usual 2/3 shares in well water and pump set.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted enquiry and the same was closed on 16.02.2022.
