RESPONDENTS/ COMPLAINANTS (SUO MOTU IMPLEADED AS PER ORDER OF THIS COURT VIDE ORDER DATED 25.01.2021) Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners vide order dated 01.02.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.982 of 2021 on the file of this Honourable Court in so far as the Petitioners report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 A.M is concerned. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.H.MOHAMMED IMRAN, Advocate for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES, for the petitioners and of Mr.K.

SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.982 of 2021 on 01.02.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

CRL MP(MD) No.1717 of 2021 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date. He further submitted that the case has been transferred from the file of the first respondent Police to CBCID, Tuticorin District, at Tirunelveli District and the same has been numbered as Crime No.1 of 2021, on 01.02.2021.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.982 of 2021 on 01.02.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the CBCID, Tuticorin District, at Tirunelveli District, on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. sd/- 03/03/2021 / TRUE COPY / / /2021 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
