This petition is filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.267 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Pudukottai Police Station, Thoothukudi District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.267 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent No.1 laid the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Thoothukudi and the same was taken cognizance in S.T.C.No.661 of 2015.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
