The petition has been filed for a direction to quash the case in Crime No.1597 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.1597 of 2015 has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, No.V, Trichy, on 08.12.2015

4. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, based on the joint memo of compromise.
