No.3087 of 2023:- This Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying this Court to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl A (MD) No. 51 of 2023 dated 24.01.2023.

Prayer in CRL A(MD). 51/ 2023 :

This Petition under Section 14(a) (ii) of SC/St (POA) Act 1989 as amended by act 1 of 2016, to call for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the Special Judge for Exclusive Trial cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Dindigul in Cr. M.P.No. 40 of 2023 dated 06.01.2023 and set aside the same and consequently enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with the case in Crime No.382 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. P.Saravanan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. R.Suresh Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.(MD).No.51 of 2023 on 24.01.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.3087 of 2023 petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.A.(MD).No.51 of 2023 on 24.01.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in three months.
