ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the 4th respondent to give permission and adequate protection for the celebration of the Bhagavathi Amman, Sri Mariamman Temple's Festival from 03.05.2022 to 23.05.2022 in T.Batherpaettai Village,Thurayir Taluk, Trichy District by considering the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2022, within the period stipulated as prescribed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner has sought for permission for conducting temple Festival from 03.05.2022 to 23.05.2022. This Court is of the view that permission cannot be granted for conducting temple festival for such a long time.
