O R D E R

The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.05 of 2014, on the file of the 2nd respondent police. She filed this application under the provisions of Section 482 of Cr.P.C., for a direction to the first respondent not to transfer the investigation in Crime No.5 of 2014 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent.

2. Today, when the case is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents represented that on 08.12.2015 itself, the complaint registered in Crime No.5 of 2014 pertaining to this petition was closed as 'action dropped' in RCS.No.116 of 2015, by the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai. He also produced a copy of the said Proceedings Slip before this Court.

3. The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
