This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.19637 of 2024, dated 14.11.2024, for surrender as well as to comply the order passed by this Court in the said petition.

2. Mr.M.Seeni Sulthan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that due to ill health, the petitioners could not able to surrender. Hence, he prays to grant 1/3

further time to surrender as well as to comply the order passed by this Court in the said petition.

3. Heard Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
