Ramar, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The report dated 07.09.2017 received from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin, reveals the fact that the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6035 of 2017 complying the daily condition imposed by this Court regularly from 04.07.2017 to 06.09.2017, as per the order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.6035 of 2017, dated 30.05.2017.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.252 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin.

4. Considering the fact that the charge sheet has already been filed in C.C.No.252 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tuticorin, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before concerned Court on all future hearing dates without fail on receipt of summons.
