ORDER
This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.780 of 2025, dated 20.01.2025.
2. Mr.A.Subramanian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. Mr.K.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, submitted that the respondent-Police has filed charge sheet and the case 1/3
has been taken on file in S.C.No.6 of 2025. The petitioner has complied the condition for the past 14 days regularly without any violation.
4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.
5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition No.9(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.780 of 2025, dated 20.01.2025 is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions shall hold good.
