ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2018 for laying PVC pipeline under the road to irrigate the petitioners land in S.F.No.94 at Kallangkadu Village. 2.Earlier, notice has been ordered to the respondents. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that so far, the respondents did not receive any representation from the petitioner.

3.In the above circumstances, the petitioner is directed to submit a representation to the third respondent and if any such representation is made, the third respondent is directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. 4.With the above observation and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
