ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.Maharaja, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2,, this Court made the following order:

"Considering the reason stated by the petitioner that due to illness, the petitioner could not execute the order of this Court within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court, and considering the nature of offence and facts and circumstances of the offence, this Court is inclined to extend the time limit for another 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order."
