ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in said Crl.O.P (MD). No.23030 of 2024, dated 27.12.2024.

2. Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the petitioner has not even appear before the respondent-Police for a single day.

3. In view of the said representation, Mr.R.L. Dhilipan Pandian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to comply the conditions as imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.23030 of 2024, dated 27.12.2024.

4. Even though this petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks extension of time to comply the earlier order passed this Court.

5. In view of the said submission, in the interest of justice, time is extended till 10.03.2025 to comply the earlier order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.23030 of 2024, dated 27.12.2024. The remaining conditions shall hold good and un-altered.

6. To that extent, this petition is allowed.
