ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not interfere in the civil matter in respect of the situated at survey No.1176/1, North Valliyoor, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, to the sixth Respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents 1 to 5.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent Police frequently called the petitioner to the Police Station and harassed him under the guise of enquiry. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.388 of 2015 and the petitioner was called only for enquiry in respect of that case and that the respondent Police did not cause any harassment nor interfered with the civil dispute of the petitioner and his family members. However, he gave an undertaking that if at all the presence of the petitioner is required, the respondent would call the petitioner for enquiry only after issuing summons giving specific date, time and place.
