ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the official respondents 1 and 2 to conduct enquiry and thereafter, register FIR as against the respondents 3 to 5 herein based on the representation preferred by the petitioners dated 30.07.2025

2. According to the prosecution, a complaint was preferred only to the Commissioner of Police, who is the first respondent herein. The petitioners are directed to file a fresh complaint before the second respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the second respondent shall conduct an enquiry. If any cognizable offence is made out, appropriate proceedings may be taken in accordance with law. 2/4
