Prayer in Crl A(MD)No.801 of 2024;- This Appeal is filed unded Section 14A(2) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes Act,to set aside the order dated 21.09.2024 made in Crl M.P.(MD) No.9088 of 2024 on the file of the learned I Additional District and sessions Judge (PCR), Thanjavur, in connection with Cr.No.250 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent police and enlarge the petitioner on bail. ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for hearing o on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.M.Karunakaran , Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.T.Senthilkumaran Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:
"This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.12303 of 2024, dated 18.11.2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 03.12.2024 without fail. Therefore he seeks for relaxation of the condition.
3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police. 2/4
4. Since the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail, the condition is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all the hearings.
5.The petition is ordered accordingly."
