2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Since the revision petitions are filed for early disposal of the cases, issuance of notice to the respondents are not necessary.

3. The Application in I.A.No.875 of 2017 was filed by the 1st respondent / petitioner for temporary injunction in appeal in A.S.No.61 of 2017. However, without pressing the hearing in I.A.No.875 of 2017, both the parties are directed to proceed with appeal.

4. Another I.A.No.473 of 2021 was filed by the 1st respondent / petitioner to direct the revision petitioner to produce the original Will dated 10.07.1983. In the said application counter has already been filed and reserved for orders and then reopened and posted for clarification from 22.10.2021 to till date.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances and also considering the fact that I.A.No.875 of 2017 was pending from 2017, the learned V Additional District Judge, Madurai is directed to dispose the said application along with I.A.No.473 of 2021 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With these observations both the Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
