This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 to 4 to conduct the enquiry in the petitioner's petition dated 16.10.2024 in view of the proceedings in Oh.Mu.E2/18491/2025 dated 07.11.2025 passed by the 1st Respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the facts of the case, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondents to enquire the petitioner's complaint, dated 16.10.2025 and pass appropriate 2/4

orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
