to issue a direction to the 1st respondent to depute any other investigation agency to investigate the case in Crime No.188 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent and file a final report by this Honble Court For Petitioner : Mr.B.Senthilnathan For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi Additional Public Prosecutor.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful and wanton disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.1495 of 2020, dated 26.02.2020.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as per the order of this Court, dated 26.02.2020, investigation was completed and final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruppathur, Sivagangai District and the copy of the same was also produced before this Court.

3. The grievance has been expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the accused persons by name, Rajmohan and his https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont P(MD)No.396 of 2021 wife Jeyanthi has been let out. The grievance of the petitioner cannot be entertained at this stage. Hence, the petitioner has to work out his remedy before the concerned Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition is closed, since nothing survives for further adjudication.
