ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.571 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. The learned Government Advoctate (Crl.Side) would submit that the first respondent Police has completed the investigation and Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
