ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to call for the records pertaining to the impugned revised list dated 14.12.2021 on the file of the 2nd respondent for the post included in the combined Civil Services - I Examination (Group-I services) and quash the same insofar as it relates to the petitioner's candidature https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.3377of 2022 in register No.0100097181 being rejected from consideration as per the annexure to the impugned revised list and consequently direct the respondents to admit the petitioner for the main written examination to be held on 04.03.2022, 05.03.2022 and 06.03.2022. 2.The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the educational qualification acquired by him was not considered by the respondents for selection to the post included in the combined civil service examination (Group-I) services. However, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the examinations were already conducted on 04.03.2022, 05.03.2022 and 06.03.2022 and under these circumstances, considering the issues relating to the qualification would not arise. It is for the petitioner to participate in the forthcoming selection process, if any notified by the respondents.
