ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 09.12.2015 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 5 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.404 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 09.12.2015, when the petitioner was waited at the bus stop, the bus driver did not stop the bus and hence, he pelted stone on the backside of the bus and caused damage to glass of the said bus. On the complaint, a case has been registered for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 5 of TNPPDL Act.

3. The case of the petitioner is that he is innocent and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner pelted stone and caused damage to the bus to the tune of Rs.10,000/-.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 a.m. and 05.00p.m. until further orders.
