2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to dispose the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 24.01.2026 seeking 21 days ordinary leave on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the writ petition (Crl.) stands disposed of. No costs.
