The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct to the 3rd Respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 18.12.2025, as per law on merits and following the guidelines issued by the Honble Apex Court in Judgment of Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of U.P & others 2013(8).

2. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 18.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
