Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, by directing the second and third respondents to not to register any document in respect of properties involved in O.S.No.61/2018 on the file of the IV Additional District Judge, Madurai without getting prior permission from the Trial Court as per Section 52 of Transfer of Property Act considering the petitioner's representations dated 01.08.2020 and 02.11.2020.
