PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.15 of 2025 on the file of the respondent-Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 07.02.2025 under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying to grant an order of pre-arrest bail.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.Sanjai Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent-Police, on instructions, submits that the name of the petitioner has been deleted in the crime.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner has no apprehension of arrest.
