The petitioner wants to conduct Village level Flood light Kabadi Tournament on 12.05.2018 at about 08.00 P.M. to 13.05.2018 at about 08.00 A.M. in Lebbaikudiyiruppu, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.Heard Mr.K.Sivabalan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Kannidevan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.The second respondent is directed to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct the event in question. It is open to the second respondent to incorporate conditions as he deems it fit to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
