This criminal original petition has been filed to cancel the interim bail granted in favour of the respondents 2 to 12/accused by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in Crl.M.P.No.462 of 2022 dated 16.02.2022.

2.This matter has been referred before the Hon'ble Single Judge Commission. However, the said Commission was dissolved and as such, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3687 of 2022 the respondents 2 to 12 were again arrested and subsequently, they were released on bail. Therefore, there is no ground to cancel the interim bail granted to the respondents 2 to 12 and the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. 3.In the result, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
