ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Nos.2 & 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police. 3.Perused the materials placed on record.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that a case under NDPS Act has been registered by the third respondent police against the petitioner in Crime No.106 of 2019. He would further submit that the respondent police have summoned her with regard to pending case against her, other than they have not harassed the petitioner.

5.Under such circumstances, once the regular FIR has been registered, the question of "Not to harass" will not arise. Any direction issued by this Court at this stage will amount to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
