This Civil Revision Petition invoking under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed to set aside the Return Endorsement dated 1/4

18.01.2024 made in un-numbered suit in O.S.Sr.No. 618 of 2023 (CNR No. TNTL070007252023) on the file of the Subordinate Court, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District and direct the Trial Court to number the original suit and proceed with the same in accordance with law. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioners undertakes to rectify the defects and re-present the papers before the Trial Court by 24.04.2024. 3.

If such re-presentation is made, the Subordinate Court, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District, and the papers are in order, the same may be taken on file. If the Petitioners fail to rectify the defects, appropriate orders shall be passed by the Trial Court in accordance with law.
