ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition, praying to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatty, to complete the trial in M.C.No.2 of 2012, as expeditiously as possible.

2. I have heard the counsel appearing for the petitioner. Though the respondent served and his name is also printed in the cause list, none appears for the respondent.

3. The counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatty, may be directed to complete the trial in M.C.No.2 of 2012, and dispose the same as expeditiously as possible.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Aundipatty, to conduct the trial in M.C.No.2 of 2012 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. The trial Court is also directed to take up the matter on day-to-day basis and the matter shall not be adjourned beyond ten working days, at any point of time and decide the same on merits. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
