O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondent police to comply with the order dated 01.10.2012 passed in Cr.M.P.No.5862 of 2012 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, directing the 1st respondent herein to appoint an efficient Police Officer to investigate into the matter in Crime No.52 of 2007 and file a the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, who would submit that the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed within a period of one month.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police

to complete the investigation in Crime No.52 of 2007 and to file a final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
