Act, w.e.f. 01.09.2013 based on his representation dated 20.07.2017 with reasonable rates of interest within the time that may be stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner is a retired employee of the respondent corporation. The petitioner has filed this writ petition contending that the retirement benefits payable to the petitioner have not been paid.

benefits payable to the petitioner have already been paid. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is closed. It is made clear that if any further amount is due to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
