Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to comply with the proceedings of the first respondent in his Na.Ka./1603/2014 Thittam dated 26.08.2015 to disburse the payable amount of the petitioner's husband namely late Palanisamy his surrendered leave salary, bonus, increment arrears & LIC amount and other benefits based on the representation dated 06.10.2017 to the petitioner within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner's husband was employed in the second respondent society. He passed away in the year 2017. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that the amount payable to the petitioner's husband was not disbursed. The petitioner drew the attention of this Court to the proceedings dated 26.08.2015 issued by the first respondent directing the second respondent to disburse the amounts to the writ petitioner. When such a direction has been issued to the second respondent, it was the duty of the second respondent to comply with the same. printed in the cause list, there is no representation on the side of the second respondent. The claim of the writ petitioner remains unrebutted. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to disburse the amount payable to the petitioner in respect of her husband within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
