The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.11.2014.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that upon completing investigation, the case has already been closed.

3. Since the complaint has been closed, the respondent Police is directed to forward a copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and it is open to the petitioner either to make a private complaint or recourse to any other provisions of law. The Criminal Original petition is closed.
