Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to dispose the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 02.02.2026, if any received by the second respondent on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition (Crl.) stands disposed of. No costs.
