... RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.311 of 2020 in C.A.No.31 of 2020 dated 21/02/2020.

PRAYER IN in Crl.M.P.No.311 of 2020:

To suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner by the Sessions Judge, Mahila Fast Track Court, Theni in Spl.S.C.No.39 of 2017 dated 27/11/2019 and release the petitioner on bail pending disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.

PRAYER IN Crl.A.(MD)No.31 of 2020:

To call for the records and judgment passed by the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Theni in Spl.S.C.No.39 of 2017 dated 27.11.2019 and acquit the appellant herein and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.BHARATHI KANNAN, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.311 of 2020 in Crl.A.(MD)No.31 of 2020, dated 21.02.2020.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 27.02.2020 till https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1719 of 2021 21.03.2020 and after, the lock down is released from 01.09.2020 till today and prayed the condition to be relaxed. 3.On the side of the prosecution, it is fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition as above stated. 4.In view of the above submissions, this petition is allowed and the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court as and when required for interrogation.

5.Post the main appeal on 22.03.2021.
