ORDER

This petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 338 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case. 2.Heard Mr.G.Karnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.C.Mayilvahana Rajendran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and Mr.A.Saravanan, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 8 & 10 to 12. 3.I have carefully gone through the affidavit filed in support of the delay petition. I find that even though copy of the order was made ready on 13.06.2016 and the learned counsel also informed the same to the petitioner, it seems that the petitioner did not met the counsel and take any steps to get the copy of the order and file the revision in time. It is only the lethargic attitude of the petitioner.

4.I find no reason to condone the delay. Hence this petition is dismissed. However, if the petitioner has any grievance with regard to closing of the complaint filed by him, it is always open to him to seek suitable remedy in accordance with law.
